Basically, yeah, but there's technically not a rule for morale support by crowd's, not that I'm aware of at least, but I seem to recall various monsters and the like getting buffs like this on occasion. So, three cheers for the mob bard err bardic mob? Whatever. Luffy kick Arlong's keister! |

If I recall correctly, which is a long shot, the Navy called them that because it's the most idiosyncratic feature of their flag. |

I think peoples just call a crew by it's captain name or the symbol they use in their jolly roger. sometime by their ship |

I have no real idea how this translate in the d20 system, but I've seen enough Sports Manga to know that having the crowd on your side matters a lot. :p
