It's interesting enough that it exists at all. That's some special shading.

I've reread the one piece manga a couple of times and never saw that face so it got a good chuckle out of me until I noticed the rainbow which made me burst out laughing for whatever reason.

It's a compression artifact, appropriately called 'rainbowing'.

Glad to see that Luke agrees with my take on how explosion damage would affect a rubber man (See my comment on page 672).

Minutia. Inconsequential. Meaningless in the big picture. But it felt soooooo good, didn't it?

Tell a story about a time someone strove for, and succeeded, in doing something completely pointless... but it really, truly, made their day. Or ruined the GM's, whichever.

It was going to be an inconsequential act until I let him roll for the attempt. One of my players was dying of poison from his rival who took the opportunity to get close and gloat. The poison was supposed to paralyze him, so the villain had no reason to believe he would be in danger. He rolls so many success on the attack that I let him come up from being on his hands and knees and shatter the other guy's jaw. It was especially fun for me because it was a way to build characters with more than Plot Armor and a specific story in mind. The Doctor was seen in future campaigns with visible steel replacing the left half of his jaw and a venom injector inside his mouth where his canine tooth used to be.

Another story I have was playing with a friend as my GM. My character stole the villain's victory by stabbing himself in the heart and dying that way. Robbing a Greek Scion of his hard-won prize and sending that NPC into a bitter rage.

Little victories, like wallpapering PETA headquarters in leather and putting hunting trophies everywhere overnight?

Happened in a story, then I used it in a game. PETA was not the bad guys in the game, supposedly, but they were still major assholes. We got railroaded into doing a job for them. We had to raid a lab and free the test animals.

PETA refused to pay us afterwards. I used a few abilities and contacts to coat everything in fur or leather. Replaced all the furniture with leather stuff, heck, even replaced the carpeting with rabbit fur.

We didn't get paid, and PETA treated us like crap, but holy hell, did we wreck them. We called a bunch of news stations anonymously about PETA having animal hide furniture, so we basically kicked them in their PR balls before we left.

Now I find myself thinking I should point out some of the things PETA actually does that in theory should hurt their PR a lot more.
