Now they just need a midget to ring a bell, and they'll be ready to rumble!

Tell a story about making promises for people not around to agree to it, or just making promises on other people's behalf. You know, like the way Luffy is betting his crew that he can beat Krieg.

I was playing a hadozee swashbuckler in one campaign. He was a simple monkey who has one goal in life, to own a sailing ship. All he wanted was to be a captain. After many dungeon raids, and much plot, he finally acquired his ship. The first session I missed after that, the gnome sorcerer promises to give my ship to a tribe of orcs we were trying to help, while I wasn't there. Needless to say, no one survived next session

"Jawa for a Ship"

Okay, so, shared this story on FiD. We're a star wars party. Important players for this are my Force sensitive Noble, and our Jawa scoundrel. Now, we had done work for the republic, and had recently been picked up by a Twi'lek bounty hunter and her crew. Now, my noble is an extremely good talker. So, I manage to talk the captain into a game of Dejarik, the space chess chewie and R2 play. I also manage to convince her that I have a ship hidden away that's worth as much as the ship they have, which is the same class as the Millenium Falcon. Our ship was a beaten down old Imperial shuttle we had left abandoned on some asteroid.

Then we find out they have a really nice gun, but it's a little busted. Our jawa however, is a master weapon tech, so he could fix it. So I added onto the bet that if I win, we get the gun too, if they win, they get the Jawa as a slave.

I then proceed to use the force to cheat like a mofo and win.

When did he become a Emily's (if I'm thinking of the right person) PC?

The GM's plan is that Luffy ate a devil fruit so if he gets knocked into the water he probably drowns.

Drama! Excitement! Tension!

And then Zoro just says he could save Luffy if he falls in or something and then that gets all ruined. OH WELL~

Knocking a lot of people in the water is something that put Luffy to a good advantage.

That would make a good Davy Back fight game.
