If I had to guess, all of Sanji's flaws were on the DMPC, so he just suddenly decided to associate Waiter # 3 with the sheet, and is thus just beginning to demonstrate the anti-lady flaws.

Last chapter, when he decided to take on Doflamingo alone to protect the ship and the crew. And told them to save the ship and leave him to stall. So yeah, Sanji is still awesome.

His new voice, due to the word 'bloody donkey' has now made me think of Chef Ramsay's voice. Maybe that is what your actually going for. In one episode of Hell's Kitchen that I was fortunate enough to watch, I screamed at one of the contestants the word "YOU STUPID DONKEY!!".

Oddly enough, I can easily hear that rant in the last panel in Ramsay's voice. Considering the DM's done impressions before, maybe that's what he's doing?
