When I throw in a super cute NPC, players who know me stay as far away from them as possible. Why? Because any NPC I make that is that cute is one of two things.
1. An unexpected Super Badass who can probably slaughter an army and doesn't because they prefer to water flowers and be cute, or
2. Has a pet that eats trains. Or something like that.
i have the cute character being an alie or an ennemie that can be turned into an alie. too hard on one of my player's heart to kill the cute characters.
on the oposite hand, i also have the character with the most dreadful face of a thug be a allie, it's funnier when the guy with giant horn, glowing yellow eyes happen to be a good guy.
