Hmm.. 火炎之番人な突撃, Kaen no Bannin na Totsugeki(Flame Guard's Assault) kinda works, though I would have replaced な(na) with の(no).

"The dice totales up to 55... Power Attack total is 144" Is that a good throw and damage? A bad throw? Or something in the middle?

In this game? That's probably pretty high dice rolls. The damage total is a lot, but Zoro seems to be a modified two-weapon build. Traditionally, those builds got more damage from their static damage bonuses than they did from the actual dice rolls. What was important for those builds was actually landing hits, and the general rule for multi-weapon builds is that the bigger the weapon, the bigger the penalty to hit with it.

Though, I get the feeling by 'power attack total' he meant the final total, over all. This would include all his other modifiers (strength, weapon enchantment, bonus damage from feats, class benefits, etc) as opposed to what the implication seems to be, which is him attributing 144 points of damage entirely to the use of power attack. Power attack is a basic feat, that just trades to-hit for damage. Even under the best circumstances, that kind of damage from Just power attack would be at the expense of -6 to hit on every attack-(This is assuming Zoro got 12 attacks in a single turn, and that he somehow counts all his weapons as being wielded in two hands)-without any other shenanigans, which is unlikely considering his build would also have a huge amount of static modifiers to throw in on top of this, which would require a third number to be the grand total damage dealt.

"Shock Trooper"

The feat Shock Trooper has three parts, one of them is Heedless Charge. When you attack after a charge “you can assign any portion of the attack roll penalty from Power Attack to your Armor Class instead, up to a maximum equal to your base attack bonus.” Great way to keep your hit chance up while maxing out damage.

Leap Attack let him do a full-round attack at the end of a charge with each of his three weapons and add the maximum Power Attack bonus to each hit. If his BAB was 12 and the sword in his mouth counted as a two-handed grip somehow then he could get 144 power attack damage just from nine hits.

No clue what his boost and maneuvers are supposed to do for him in-game to help. If they gave him another attack with each weapon or he got 3 crits then the third sword could just count as one handed. The math doesn’t really have to be exact for a comic though, so this is all kind of moot.
