I assumed that was Nat responding to Rika's comment about the agents. My group does that all the time: "Yeah, they're probably like (mimic's character's voice)."
im not well versed in wizardry as i dont typically use mage classes, but i think wizards can copy off spells into a tome in the right circumstances. though this doesnt look like the edition im even familiar with so i might be way off
There are several ways in 3.5 a wizard could use to grab some off list spells to add to their repertoire the easiest and least broken being the Arcane Disciple feat.

The unresolved questions... Is Miss Goldenweek a wizard with "Create Food" and "Create Water"? Or maybe she carry around a magical picnic basket?
Also, it could be a good idea to give Miss Wednesday as a way for others to do something while their characters are under wax

Create Food and Water is a low level cleric spell in dnd, not a wizard :P.

Wizards can specifically copy wizard spells into their spell books, not cleric spells.

Oh, I didn't realize 'off spells' refered to off-list spells. My bad.
