A spell? Turned into what is basically an at will ability?

Seems... balanced honestly. It's fire damage which is fairly easy to get damage resistance against, it's 2d6 damage which isn't bad, but not really great either, and outside of chokepoints the aoe isnt big enough to be that dangerous.

Of course like with the manga the comic is more flexible with its powers than standard dnd, so I doubt the linked spell is the entirety of this devil fruit.

If you look at the spell as is, sure. But, you have to take into account Devil Fruit rules. He can just...make parts of him explode. He uses his boogers, sure, but he could use other parts.

If he could make his blood explode, then attacking him with any sort of blade would be broken, since he'd be able to just explode the blade of the person attacking him.

I had a campaign where I just kept scaling both sides up. It got crazy. I mean, you should be playing the most powerful people anyone's heard of. And the people you fight should be a threat...
