I mean, at a glance, it is, but I have a hard time really considering it a railroad device anymore than the GM picking a module for the adventure. The player's still have practically full agency once the adventure begins after all.
@Kale, Indeed, out of every island they visit, the only ones that where indicated by the log pose where Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, Skypiea and Water Seven.
It goes even further post time-skip, they haven't followed the Log Pose even once after leaving Fishman Island.
