Also, assuming that Smoker is as broken as the rest of them, mooks probably wouldn't be able to break his grapple checks, but this might not be as effective then on someone like Luke who's a Grapple Master.

I'm pretty sure prediction on page 1187 was kind of an implication for Observation Haki. But the rest are probably mechanics.

It’s probably some feat Smoker has which allows him to use his fruit’s full effective range for his attacking range for AOO.
