Ahh, the joys of food running. Let me teach you a phrase that will please you.
Garlic bread pizza.
You take a long loaf of french bread, slice it across the middle, then slather each half of it with butter and minced garlic. Bake that in the oven for a couple minutes to get the butter all hot and melty and soak in. Now spread marinara, your favorite pizza toppings, and cheese over it, then sprinkle it with panko bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until the bread crumbs are golden brown, and serve.
I've made similar things before myself. Finances have been tight for years due to "reasons", so I've learned most bread products I see can be turned into "pizza bread". I'm sure people will come up with a bunch of exceptions, but the stuff I'll typically find on clearance and which wasn't predestined to be a desert (I ain't doing this with a giant cookie XP) will work.
You can be super lazy with it too, if people don't care or it is just for yourself (and you don't care XP). For example, I usually leave out the garlic and butter. During the summer, turning on the oven can be expensive, uncomfortable, or both. With the right kinds of bread, you can cheat and prep this kind of stuff in the microwave, but you'll get a "soft" crust barely worth calling a crust.
You're assuming an awful lot there.
Stripping ourselves of the need for food doesn't equate to stripping ourselves of the ability to eat food. It just turns it into a dedicated means of deriving enjoyment, rather than a necessity of life.
Dragontamer's made good use of his creative license in adapting this screencap webcomic about an RPG group playing what we know as One Piece. The line is about Luke, it may ultimately have little to do with Luffy, though I know the line quite often blurs with this story. Still, I'd say it isn't a lock on who they're referring to...
Minor Vague Spoiler Warning
No matter which method you have of enjoying the story of One Piece, if you're not too far behind even the slowest (the English dub) you already know there are multiple plausible options for this. The official English translation of the manga, the anime (subbed if you don't know Japanese), and the manga (with fan translations if you don't read Japanese)... all these things contain multiple plausible candidates for working in a One Piece character connected to Luffy in the same way someone else might be connected to Luke.
End Minor Vague Spoilers
Oh, and as a poser otaku, I never have gotten around to learning Japanese, so I'm using the Japanese anime with English subtitles a la Crunchyroll. ;)
It could be even easier than that, talking about one of Luke's cousins. We've already met one or two of Cory's cousins, one of which plays Applejack in Friendship is Dragons.

Do you not watch the anime/read the manga?
Then again I suppose the character I am thinking of could be different in how he relates to Luke/Luffy than he does in the source material.
