So I think this is the first time Luke called him "Gol D. " instead of Gold. GM has waffled a bit on this, going back and forth, and everyone else has just called him Gold, I think.
I know in the actual show the D. is some sort of plot macguffin, but has that been addressed in the campaign at all? Is this intentional, or a continuity error based on the changes from show to comic?
