If you google for a site that makes custom dice you should be able to find one. I certainly remember doing so a couple years back for this exact reason. |

I have this friend that always says that Vow of Nonviolence doesn't apply to buildings. |

I was in a campaign once where the party more or less told the Monk to "knock on the door" (a door which was supposed to be magically sealed, no way to open it from the side we were on). The Monk attacked it. Critical hit. GM ruled it that he somehow basically destroyed the entire door. |

I was wondering why it would take Nat so long to roll out the ones (that's what I was guessing she did with the die) but given that it is a die with only one twenty and ones on the other nineteen sides, I now understand why it would've taken her so long. It's a nice touch, now lets see if it pays off. |

I think more likely is the resident roleplayer just didn't want Luke using that die. Didn't like the idea of a die which guarantees fighting, violence and kick down the door attitude. Which makes sense why she would now give it back since he is roleplaying more now. |

Actually...I don't think it's because he's roleplaying more. He'd been doing some of that in cocoyashi village, but here I think it's more a slight bit of heel realization. Nat tends to get carried away, but she does really LOVE the roleplaying and story telling aspect of RPs and has gotten a LOT of stick for it in the past. Luke, who she KNOWS is mostly interested in fighting, not only goes out of his way to accomodate her, but takes part and facilitates the fun she wants to have with this. Keeping his Diplomacy Dice from him is just cruel, as she also now realises he isn't out to spoil things for her, he just also has his own brand of fun he wants to enjoy with everyone. |

I don't think there is. |

Yeah, looks like I was wrong on that one. I guess that's what I get for being too lazy to check back and actually read what the diplomacy die was. |

It should have a 20, even loaded like that, there should be a chance of something he says while using it working absurdly well, otherwise there's no point in even rolling. A one in twenty chance of saying exactly the right thing sounds good to me. On the other hand, we haven't actually been told it doesn't have the 20 :) |

Maybe Nat painted over it and gave it a single 20. Letting it dry could take that long. Though I can't really see her doing that given that Luke loves his diplomacy die the way it is. |
