This brings us to the conclusion of the Baratie Arc. Man... this one took forever to conclude, didn't it? More than two years, I believe? o_O"

Anyways, as always, I hope you enjoyed this arc at least half as much as I enjoyed making it. Thank you for sticking with me for all this time. ^_^

As I have already stated before, the comic will be on hiatus for approximately one month. I have 4 pages worth of guest comics ready to be uploaded. Um... I guess that works out to one guest comic a week, then? ~_^ Hmm... just to be clear, I'll still be accepting guest comics for the next... two or three weeks, I guess? Eh... guess I'll just have to think of some way to fill in the gaps or something. I'm got some old AMVs I made a long while back... >_>

Normal updates are scheduled to resume on July 27th, 2015. I'm sure many of you will be looking forward to the next arc. :p

To be fair, this is based off a manga that's been going on since 1997 and is only about halfway done now. Buckle up kids, this webcomic is going as long as this guy has the stamina to do it.

Enjoy your break and an early Happy Canada Day to you and your Canadian readers! If that's not enough, here's a link to Chihiro from Spirited Away making the same wish in English and French while wearing a Canadian Flag kimomo.

Oh my god I somehow managed to catch up to the comic the literal day before it's set to go on hiatus! I don't know if that's incredible good luck or bad luck, but I can't say how ecstatic I am that you are still working on this. My girlfriend has gotten me into One Piece, and I've been getting her into playing Pathfinder.

I've GMed my fair share, and played some of my fair share too, and I will never get over how beautiful an perfect your portrayal of the way a game goes, and how players interact -- not only as their characters but also as the players. And you even manage to capture the world and characters of One Piece... I'll be playing a character with dump-stat 5 charisma (and that's after a summoner and sorcerer being the last two builds so this will be different for me) in an upcoming campaign, and I may just have to get one of those special dice Luke has for Luffy.

Anyway, I just want to thank you for all the work you've put into this, and it makes me so happy that it's not dead like I feared when the clicker stopped taking me forward a page.

I haven't been reading GL3.5 for long, but I still think of it less of a "wow has it been 2 years?" moment and more of a "holy crap this guy made 718 comics in 2 years and he also makes another comic DOES THIS GUY SLEEP? Is he a robot? Is he one of our witty terminator overlords? AHHHHHHH!"
And now I forgot why I was here. Wow, has it been 2 years? Damn.

Actually, it's been four years. It's been two years since I changed hosting sites and since starting the Baratie Arc, that's all.

Very good arc, i must say.
Luke was clearly having fun with the Davy back fight thing, Cory had a great moment when forced to roleplay...
And Walken Krieg as awesome. (He was also way broken.)

Krieg was one hell of a Tank.
Now considering how things played out with Cory, i really wish this comic get far enough to make at least Chopper Backstory.
