"sangi?"

re-stating sangi? can that work? Does that mean we are going to get a new stat sheet for him?

At the very least, he's earned a hogshead of experience for downing Fullbody earlier.
We know he'll have interesting flaws, as well.

I'd say "Hopeless Playboy" would definitely count as a flaw.

I can choose to have that as a flaw? I usually take that as an innate trait.

That would definitely be a flaw. A massive, massive flaw, preventing you from facing a full half your enemies.

Or, in Sanji's case, most of them.

"Kickin' it old school"

So, Sanji's about to have his points rearranged to make him the Black-Leg we know and love, eh?

Sweet~

Story time today is about times where a character's stats were rearranged, and the effects it had on the game, both good, bad, and (as always) hilarious.

I got one for you. It is both creative and horrifying.

See, I had this ilithid who thought he was human, and he got his tentacle on with basically every woman he came across. Finally, the DM was fed up. "You don't even have a penis! How are you seducing all these women?"

"I'm making a facial dex check."

Yep. Without being seen, I added facial dexterity as a second dex stat, with all my standard dex bonuses, putting him at around thirty dex... at level six. No OP feats at all. I just reasoned that, being such a lover, his face and his hands would have different ability levels.

I then showed everyone a little image from an old, old book, called dream of the fisherman's wife. WARNING! VERY NOT SAFE FOR WORK!

Never again was I asked to rationalize anything relating to the mind flayer with the porn 'stache who leaves many a maiden's bed dripping with the mucus of passion.

Yes, I actually said mucus of passion. I regret nothing.

And invite Raxon.

Hey, at least I didn't tell you about my drider character with a love for buttons. Now that was intensely horrifying.

And not in the least bit funny. It was full on horror.

Also, would you like to know how bad it got? I decided that he was able to easily regrow his facial tentacles, since, you know, octopus.

And then proceeds to leave a little piece of himself in the hearts -and nether regions- of all his romantic conquests.

I am no longer allowed to play nonhuman casanovas, not since I had that elven bardess who liked to show men that those long, pointed ears had many uses.

"Coraline fan turned serial killer/sexual deviant" sums it up nicely.

Sewing buttons into the flesh of his lover, creating clothes for her consisting of pieces of cloth with buttonholes, which corresponded to buttons he would sew into her flesh.

He literally buttoned his lover's nether shut when he had to take a leave of absence. And yes, buttons sewn into her eyelids. She had rows of buttons on the backs of her hands, arms, legs, neck, and across her back, and there were these leather straps that he could tie to posts and button her into them, then suspend her in the air by these things.

Yeah. I need to dust this off and use it again. It freaking horrified everyone.

And all of this, from a true neutral character. Not evil. His lover, well, she kinda had to be a deviant to begin with, falling in love with a creature as twisted as a drider. And before you say anything, yes, I totally gave him this creepy serial killer/rapist vibe, despite the fact he was a perfectly law abiding citizen, working as a tailor.

You know, other than the whole bodily modifications thing. Naturally, he made cute little dollies for all the neighborhood children, with button eyes.

So yeah. Glad I asked.

I don't even remember his name. I think the campaign got aborted before we played, and so button drider got put in a folder somewhere... yeah, I remember now. The DM called and said, when we were all gathered and ready, that the whole thing was a bust and he couldn't do it. I never actually got to play this one, did I? Hmmm...

I might dust it off and give it another look.

At the very least he's turning the throwaway NPC into a "Named" NPC. No longer shall this waiter be statted with 10s, but with respectable numbers in the teens and 20s as the gods intend.

SO MOTE IT BE! And he shall be known upon this sea as Sanji, the virgin eternal
