Most of my experience with Christopher Walken is from Chrisopher Walkenthroughs, I don't think I've seen anything from the real him. What does he do...?
This doesn't have too much actual "Walken-ness", but it's a good place to start.
Or you could just to a youtube search for Christopher Walken in general. He's done a ton of SNL sketches, including the infamous "More Cowbell" sketch. Somewhere along the way he stopped playing characters and just started being a parody of himself.
He's a really weird actor who is also a dancer (and maybe a commedian) I'd recommend the Nostalgia Critic's "Top 11 Most Awkward Christopher Walken Moments" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKd03gVN_7A , as it highlights a lot of hillarious moments and is really a lot of fun.
I need to make a character who can outcrazy this guy.
Story time is about speeches gone horribly wrong! Oddly enough, Raxon is less a fountain of speech, and more an unstoppable force off exposition. So I got nothing. Especially since he carefully prepares his speeches beforehand, being the large ham that he is.

Does a speech designed to go wrong, and engineered for that wrong to work right, count?
Because my demonic rogue/ warlock/ brute -type character in Pony Tales managed to make his party look bad in a speech to inspire our current client to believe in herself, with the party's help. 'Twas the start of my plot to break her mind and turn her into our perky minion. That scheme, however, is the only bit of social maneuvering I've pulled off without a hitch. At present, I'm in the Wheatstone Guard's police custody as a suspect in a pony's murder, but at least they only suspect... Still, they haven't gone horribly wrong, just... mixed successes.
Well there was this one time my paladin gave a speech.
The party breaks down the door only to (of course) find that the ritual to summon Orcus into our world had been completed and we had to fight him. The DM asked if any of us wanted to say a few words before combat began. My paladin stepped forward and declared to the Demon Prince of the Undead.
"Orcus! You will never succeed in your evil plots! We will stop you because we're heroes and you're a villain. Because love and goodness always triumphs over evil and badness! We have the power of friendship on our side and we will defeat you with it! Because love and friendship and goodness and bravery and honor and... (5 real minutes later) And so in the name of the moon we shale punish you!"
When I finish the bard turned to the DM, looked him directly in the eye, and asked "Am I allowed to kill the paladin?"
During the playtest of D&D 5 Orcus showed up so regularly in the campaign that I made a point of it by rolling for Zar (my broken drow priest that I was playing like a rogue) offer to have tea with him, and it worked... and then it became a thing that any time I was unable to make a game Zar was off having tea with Orcus....

However I'm still curious on how DT is going to handle this scene from One Piece.

...That's sooooo not in the manga. When I saw Power Rangers, I thought it was just going to be the building of the Iron General...
When did this happen?
