Does using the kicking pic mean that the GM has decided on using his GMPC on the waiter (Sanji!)

Well, Sanji, AKA Sous-chef, is the GMPC.

Considering what will follow, my guess is rather than one of the Bounty Hunters will take on Sanji for the upcoming adventures. Makes more sense to me, what with the two seemingly being in with the idea so far despite their characters not doing much.

Johnny's player can move over to Sanji, and the other player can control both bounty hunters through Arlong. The two characters together don't need more than one player in that arc.

"wait, i get it..."

Wonder if it's always the same pizza deliverer who come at their place.

Maybe pizza guy will one day enter and see they're playing. He'll express no surprise over it because "obviousely if they ask for 20 pizza they're either making a party or playing tabletop game (so playing as a party ! not repenting for that joke!). it'll turn out he know something about it, he roleplay too. and they'll invite him at the table (for after he is done with is shift, of course).

Overthinking it? yes, certainly.
