Ah, diplomacy roles. Making half-assed arguments irrefutable beacons of science fact. |

I love making Diplomonsters who can sell snow to eskimos, have the princesses of 2 nations get in a bar fight over a date or convince the red dragon that he really does want to join the lawful good church as a vow of poverty monk and that he would be much happier without that pile of money. |

Ah, but not all snow is created equal! |

Can is not should. Unless you're evil, I guess. (Githyanki: worth the level adjustment!) Aside from the first one (apparently I'm the good twin this week) I approve of those immensely. |

That was the first time Luke didn't blatantly fail a diplomacy check, or sangi could have a will of six. I am going with the latter. |

Considering that Sanji is driven by his impulses and obsessions (a woman is CRYING?! RAGE MODE ACTIVATE! A pretty lady? CHARM MODE ACTIVATE! etc.) I could believe the low willpower score. |

On the other hand, he has no problem beating up anyone who isn't a lady when they're being stupid. |

They showed his character sheet a few pages back. Unless he's magically gained several levels in the last few minutes, it was either 10 or 11, so a modifier of Zero |

Finally he makes a Diplomacy roll that ISN'T designed to initiate immediate combat. |

Right. One can only assume the combat he intends to start is when the other chefs chew him out for giving free food. Little does he know that Zeff is actually running a secret underground soup kitchen. |

Hmm... if a campaign I'm playing gets too combat-deprived, methinks I'll now engineer a combat sitch by opening a soup kitchen with mob money in bad faith and taking on the whole mob when they try to collect. Thanks for the idea! |

After cooling down about the lose of the diplomacy dice... |

They're playing IC. ICly they don't know what is happening inside. |

I see Luke decided not to use his special Diplomacy die for this one. |

Trying out a new panel layout based on some Batman and Nightwing comics I've been reading.
