Heh, try it with the systems where combat rounds are shorter, yet somehow gaming out the combat takes longer! XD
Actually, that does make some degree of sense. Even though you're breaking things down, the added level of detail it allows, the need to plan out "long" actions, even if "long" in this case just means five seconds... it all adds up.
I've played with some of those people (and been them), and those are far worse. With them, the action completely stops while they take time to track down information they should already know, until the DM finally says "30 seconds to act or we skip you." With these guys, they KNOW what they're doing, they just do so MUCH that it takes a while to work through. That's a bit less irritating, as at least the action keeps going and it can sometimes be interesting, even if you personally drop out for several minutes and the game turns into a movie for a while.
I'd like to think at this point, the guest dickwad that I can't remember the name of has been forced to realize how out of his league he is, and is somewhere in the background having a panic attack.

Ah, combat rounds. That span of six seconds that somehow takes at least ten minutes.

The dynamic power of the character is just exemplified in these stills. You do a really good job with this comic.

.... I’m fairly certain everyone besides Rika them and the DM are taking a break or probably doing a food run if this is a single round from them.
Jese it’s like the worst wizard spending half and hour reading spell descriptions
