The problem with seeing "Murphy's Law" in an RPG discussion is it makes me think of "Murphy's Rules", a book by Steve Jackson Games that compiles all the weird rules and the like in RPGs they could find (including but not limited to products from Steve Jackson Games).

We'd like to think that we're prepared for anything the universe throws at us. But as the saying goes, "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong".
Tell a story where you prepare for something(campaign, boss, player, etc) only for it to pull one over you anyway.

Naw, take a look, it's two separate ones, you can see them seperate in the previous panel.
They're just mirroring each other's pose at that moment, so their bazookas are right next to each other.
