"Even I could do." I love how Luke implies that Luffy is underpowered.

I think its more that he's implying that even though its not what his build is intended for, redirecting projectiles is so easy to do that even he can do it

Except Luffy has at least three different ways to deflect projectiles by virtue of his devil fruit choice. Seriously, Luffy's devil fruit is essentially the most well rounded multipurpose fruit in the manga, second only to Wapol's munch munch fruit in potential usefulness.

Wapol's munch munch fruit is insanely useful because he can become anything he eats, right? Somewhere around the point where they encounter the Kuma robots, he becomes one of the most absurdly broken characters in the series.

He's right, you know. Walpol basically has the fucking consumption ability from Re:monster. If you don't know what that is, don't worry about it. Great concept, horribly executed. Basically, like Raxon was saying, its the ability to gain the power of anything you eat. I mean, not only could Walpol have eaten Devil Fruit users (BEFORE IT WAS CANON THAT EATING THEM GAVE YOU THEIR POWERS) and jack their powers, the man could literally eat ANYTHING monsterwise and gain powers from it.

I'm just saying, what would happen if the man ate Shirahoshi.

Just think about it.
