Any thoughts as to who the guests will be playing? My money's on Smoker and Tashigi, but I don't think it would be too far fetched to use some of the DM's old characters (#spoilers).

Ditto on Smoker and Tashigi. They're too important in future arcs to be merely more NPCs.

And they brought along a third friend that the DM wasn't expecting, so he has to think quickly and ends up dragging Alvida back out, only for the the newcomer to object at having to play someone overweight, prompting the redesign and a powerup to justify it.

i thought about it, but i wonder if it is not going to be someone else coming over and trying a solo session with the GM.
Possible someone new to RPG, so the GM decide to give him a already made character that another player dropped.

Then when Coby reapear, Corry/Zoro is surprised that someone managed to make the character work.
